It has caused several concerns related to the area of Philosophy and ethics of computing in general and in the area of Artificial Intelligence or AI in particular. There is an immediate need to define original and ownership of Intellectual Property of the owner of the original creation, vis a vis legitimate use with full credit by subsequently inspired creators.[1][2] Rampant infringement of intellectual property rights by Generative adversarial Learning has created the ethical, financial, business, and social concerns. It is urgently needed to redefine the notion of original and derived or fake art, and the legal permissibility of the extent to which one can experiment with available original work in the field of Art, Publications, Culture, Audio, and Codes.[3] Plagiarism was never a serious problem for common people, before the coming of generative Learning in the Natural Language Processes using Bots. [4] It is affection, Education, Medical Sciences, Social Structure, and Financial domain. This paper discusses various challenges and possible ramifications in the area of Generative Learning philosophy and ethics.
