Abstract
— This paper presents the design, development, and implementation of a web-based Health Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application using React.js for frontend development and MongoDB for backend database management. The application aims to streamline healthcare service delivery by providing a platform for healthcare providers to manage patient data efficiently. The development process involved designing an intuitive user interface using React components, implementing robust data storage and retrieval mechanisms using MongoDB, and integrating various features such as patient appointment scheduling, medical record management, and communication tools. The application's architecture prioritizes scalability, security, and responsiveness to ensure seamless user experience across different devices and platforms.
