Abstract

— The relative importance of CSFs during an ERP deployment is influenced by various factors unique to the implementing organization's setting, including its size and culture. This subject has been recently explored in research on ERP implementation critical success factors. In this study, we offer a comprehensive model of the contextual elements that decide the significance of CSFs for ERP development. The model is based on a rigorous analysis of recent literature. In response to the need for research on CSF to concentrate more on the factors that determine the effectiveness of CSF, the proposed model has been developed. There has to be further study on particular contextual aspects and key success factors (CSFs) in ERP implementations, however this tool also helps practitioners determine the efficacy of ERP installations.
