INTEGRATING ADVANCED SVPWM CONTROL FOR HIGH- PERFORMANCE MULTILEVEL INVERTERS IN SMART GRIDS
Abstract
A smart grid is made up of a number of intelligent control systems for electricity generation as well as increasing the system's energy efficiency. Smart power converters, as well as clean energies and highly effective tools, are also part of these schemes. Multilevel inverters are current and fundamental components of high-voltage power supply systems; this paper introduces multilevel converter models that are routinely built from simple components and use configurable subsystems to move between architectures of various converter topologies. These models may also perform harmonic analysis to ensure that the method is accurate, as well as simulated in Matlab/Simulink.
