THE ROLE OF AI IN MULTI-TENANT PLATFORMS: DRIVING EFFICIENCY AND USER SATISFACTION THROUGH AUTOMATION
Abstract
Technological innovation has transformed the introduction of artificial intelligence in product management into various organizations. This paper analyzes how artificial intelligence impacts the automation of repetitive duties in product management in businesses and increases productivity. As the study further sought to unexploit the specific AI-related resources that could be necessary in creating powerful AI capabilities in product management, it also embedded the theoretical framework of RBT along with the various capabilities of AI. The construction of the AI needed in assessing the AI skills and their relation to organizational innovation and thereby performance improvement is included in the study methodology applied. Thereby, conclusions drawn from research represent the strong evidence supporting potential development through AI in organizations towards innovation.
