Blockchain - Based Land Registration For Agriculture Land
Abstract
The proposed system introduces a secure and blockchain-based land registration structure designed specifically for agricultural land. Traditional land register systems depend on centralized database, causing them the risk of fraud, computer programs and unauthorized changes. To solve these challenges, we integrate blockchain and AI technologies to ensure a transparent, irreversible and fraudulent land registration process. Systems AI models such as Logistic Region (LR), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest (RF), Extreme Grade-Grade Bosting (XGB), and easy-to-use gradients utilize boosting machine (LGBM) to classify land items as cheating or non-throw. Only confirmed non-Dhokhadhadiland is stored in data blockchain networks, reduces computational overhead and increases efficiency.
