Abstract
Fitness and Sports Academy App (Flex Fitness) is an all-in-one mobile and web-based application designed to seamlessly integrate gym training, sports coaching, injury management, and nutrition tracking. This platform addresses the growing need for a personalized, technology-driven solution that supports holistic health and fitness goals. The app offers gym and sports academy customer management, doctor consultation for injury care, and a nutrition diary to log daily meals and analyze nutrient intake. It leverages JWT-based authentication for secure login and provides role-based access for admins, trainers, doctors, and users. The system bridges the gap between fitness and healthcare, providing users with data-driven insights and facilitating better performance outcomes across fitness domains.
