Abstract

An organization's success and survival are ultimately based on the productivity of its employees and the degree of satisfaction they derive from their jobs, coworkers, company policies, administration, and reward system. Primary responsibility of management is to make sure that its human resources are used to their fullest potential. Without a question, managing machine technology and other material resources is crucial, but managing and fostering the human tendencies of the person who operates the equipment is much more crucial. Although technologies can be imported, the necessary skilled manpower must be appropriately created and directed. Furthermore, financial crises, recessions, and economic depression have directed the attention of scholars, academicians, and other interested professionals to discuss the theoretical perspectives and empirical findings on how IT-based HRM and Organization are interacting. The purpose of this paper is to build the 'missing brides' and deliver a deeper theoretical basis for understanding e-HRM functioning in order to support organizations in reducing costs, as well as enhancing quality of Human Resources.
