Abstract

Introducing the Crop Shield System, an innovative solution that leverages IoT (Internet of Things) technology alongside the Arduino Uno microcontroller to safeguard crops against adverse weather, pest intrusions, and other environmental variables. This comprehensive system comprises an array of sensors, actuators, and controllers seamlessly integrated with the Arduino Uno board and online connectivity. These sensors diligently monitor the crop's surroundings, transmitting real-time data to the Arduino Uno board for meticulous analysis and processing. Informed by this data, the system triggers actuators to manipulate the environment – regulating irrigation, adjusting temperature, or activating pesticide dispersion. By harnessing this technology, farmers can enhance crop output, minimize water consumption, curtail labor expenditures, and amplify profitability. To sum it up, the Crop Shield System, powered by IoT and Arduino Uno, stands as a resource-efficient and economical means to shield crops and amplify agricultural productivity.
