Abstract
This paper examines the recent trends shaping the business environment in India, with a focus on digital transformation, sustainability, remote work, geopolitical influences, and evolving consumer behaviour. Drawing from secondary data, government reports, and industry insights, the paper highlights how these forces are reshaping strategies and operations of Indian businesses. Empirical evidence from India’s GDP growth, foreign direct investment (FDI), digital adoption, and ESG initiatives is analysed to provide context. The findings suggest that Indian organizations must embrace agility, innovation, and responsible governance to maintain resilience in a volatile environment.
