Abstract
In today’s world, safety and automation have become essential aspects of modern households. This research presents the design and development of a Multifunctional Support System for Household using Arduino Uno. The systems features is to improve home safety and convenience and make it multifunctional for the users. A major modification introduced in this project is the addition of wireless connectivity which helps user to do work through their mobile phones and a gas leakage detection system that can automatically send SMS alerts to both the user’s mobile number and the LPG Gas Helpline along with the household’s address. The setup uses bluetooth HC-06/HC-05 for the connectivity and MQ-5 gas sensor for detecting leakage, GSM module (SIM800L) for sending messages, and Arduino Uno as the central control unit. This project is for the user's who do multiple works at the same time. It will help the user to multiple task at one time with wireless connectivity and for the safety the SMS alert is also there.
